At Home Blood Work
Our mobile phlebotomist will arrive at your home and draw the labs the physician has ordered in the comfort of your own home. Then, we will deliver your sample to the laboratory in-network with your insurance. You will receive an email confirmation that your lab has received your samples.
Concordia Health Mobile Lab DOES NOT bill insurance. Please contact your carrier for reimbursement.
We accept Medicare/Medicaid patients. We also cater out-of-service area lab draw and STAT blood draws.
