ADMISSION
Nursing Assistant ( CNA) / Home Health Aide/American Heart Association adult and Pediatric BLS/CPR is a 139 hour 3 in1 program. You earn 3 certificates upon completion of the program.
NAT- 122hrs
HHA-15hours
BLS/CPR- 2 hrs

HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Knowledge component is done online and at your own pace/schedule.

2. Next, schedule your 3 in-person lab days and 3 in-person clinical days.Lab and hands on experience in a local nursing home. Your nursing home experience will be fully supervised
Once course is completed, you will be given a Home health Aide and a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.
This program prepares you to sit for the Massachusetts CNA State Exam to become a Certified and license Nursing Assistant.
Students will test for the CPR Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
Career opportunities for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s) / Home Health Aide include but are not limited to, working in a hospital, nursing home, private residence, or doctor’s office.
Program requirements
*Must be at least 16 years old
*Must be able to speak, read and write English
*Student must pass a pre test exam
*Negative TB test or negative chest xray within a year following a positive TB test
*Recent physical exam
*Must be fully vaccinated with boosters
*Must pass a background test
